Sourcing Policy

Sourcing services include the procurement of fabrics, linings, laces, or any other materials required to complete the stitching service, as per the customer's request.

• Our team will visit a maximum of two shops to finalize the materials. If the customer is not satisfied with the available options, additional shop visits will not be undertaken.
• The total time allocated for sourcing will be limited to 2 - 3 hours.
• The sourcing fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer finalizes the material.
• Please note that the material cost is separate and not included in the sourcing fee.
