Returns & Refund Policy
Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days for readymade products. Returns / Refunds are not applicable for customized services or products. If the return / exchange request is not made within the above mentioned time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To place a return / exchange request, send us an email to <info@tradester.in> from your registered email id mentioning the reason for returns / exchange. Our team will get in touch with you if we need more information regarding your request.
There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted (if applicable):
Products with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer.
Though reasonable alteration requests will be considered for tailoring orders, Custom-Tailored or Stitching Orders are not eligible for Refund. Alteration requests will be considered only if it is made within 2 days from the date of delivery. The alteration requests should be made in writing either via email or whatsapp to be considered. Oral requests for alteration will not be considered.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or there are issues in size / fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at <info@tradester.in> and send your item to the below mentioned address. In case, we are not able to exchange an item, we will treat it as a return and issue a full refund for the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The refund process will be initiated only on receipt of the returned item in proper unused condition.
